The setting is an old homestead located between Cherokee, North Carolina and Gatlinburg, Tennessee.  The clear calm morning sparkles after a soft summer shower.  Old fashioned hollyhocks trail along the weathered picket fence with blooms of deep rose to delicate shades of pink.  Even the old gnarled tree is revived by the early rain.
