Carved between Blue Ridge and Elijah at the Cartecay River is a rare example of an existing pioneer home with a "dog trot" joining its two sections.  The cabin stands as a constant reminder of days gone by.  Harvesting for the winter months has begun once more with the golden hues of Autumn lending a glow to this crisp clear evening.
